We invite you to enjoy the practice of a traditional Nordic sauna close to the shores of Willard Bay.

The deep heat of the sauna contrasts with the chilly, peaceful waters to leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and energized.

Our sauna includes a privacy / changing room with hooks for your bags and towels, a hot room with comfortable seating for up to eight, an outdoor pull-chain bucket shower, an outdoor cold plunge, nearby restrooms (open year-round), and space with nearby seating for your cool down.

Saunas offer a range of health benefits that can enhance both physical and mental well-being. Regular sauna use can increase circulation, promoting better cardiovascular health by improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.
